Hello everyone! Welcome to Badgers class!
In Badgers, your class teacher will be Miss MacMillan and Mrs Hodson will be your teaching assistant.
PE will be on a Thursday and Friday and for this term the children will have Forest School on Friday mornings. Please ensure that your children are appropriately dressed for both sessions.
Spellings are taught every week; these will be tested every Wednesday. Remember to practise your spellings at home and bring your spelling book into school on this day.
Reading is a key part of your child’s learning and education. The children will be read with regularly at school and we encourage you to read with your child as often as possible to promote a love of reading and to develop their vocabulary.
Homework: Each term you will be given a selection of activities to complete. The expectation is that you can choose one Maths and English activity per week and challenge yourself to complete all the activities. These will be put onto the school website. To find them please follow: Homework
